Devereaux|The book arrived in poor packaging (re-used envelope with packaging tape) and therefore got bent up pretty severely. I'm all for reducing and reusing, but this was poor packaging and reflects poorly on the company. I hope they will cut corners elsewhere and not at the expense of the quality of the book when it arrives.
